The Tomahawk Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in the city of Tomahawk, Wisconsin. It was founded in 1957 and is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Tomahawk and the surrounding area. The society operates out of a historic building that was once home to the Tomahawk Public Library.

The society maintains a museum that is open to the public year-round. The museum features exhibits on the history of logging, the railroad, agriculture, and Native American culture in the area. There are also displays of vintage clothing, household items, and tools. The museum also houses a research library with an extensive collection of books, photographs, and documents related to local history.
