The General Adam Stephen Mem Association is a historical society located in Martinsburg, West Virginia. The association is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, with a particular focus on the life and legacy of General Adam Stephen.

General Adam Stephen was a prominent figure in the American Revolution and played a significant role in the early history of Martinsburg. The General Adam Stephen Mem Association was founded in 1921 with the goal of preserving Stephen's legacy and promoting the history of the region.
