Greenbrier Street and Kanawha Boulevard, Charleston, WV Built in 1920, this Dutch Colonial Revival-style house features a wooden clapboard-clad exterior, a red brick base, a gambrel roof, a front gable, shed dormers, six-over-six double-hung windows, a corner porch with doric columns and french doors, a front portico with rectilinear columns and a hipped roof, and red brick chimneys.  The building is a contributing structure in the East End Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978, and expanded to its present size in 2014.

The Upper Big Branch Mining Memorial Group is a non-profit organization located in Orgas, West Virginia. The group was formed in honor of the 29 miners who lost their lives in the Upper Big Branch Mine explosion on April 5, 2010. The explosion was caused by a methane gas buildup and subsequent ignition, which caused a massive explosion and led to the deaths of the miners.

The group's mission is to honor the memory of the miners and to promote mine safety. The group has constructed a memorial site at the former Upper Big Branch Mine that includes a wall with the names of the 29 miners who lost their lives in the explosion. The site also features a statue of a miner and a coal cart, as well as a reflection pool.

In addition to the memorial site, the group hosts an annual memorial service to honor the miners and raise awareness about mine safety. The group also works to support the families of the miners who were affected by the explosion.

The Upper Big Branch Mining Memorial Group is dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of working in the mining industry and promoting safe working conditions for miners.
