The Schooner Martha Foundation is a non-profit organization located in Seattle, Washington dedicated to preserving and promoting the maritime heritage of the Pacific Northwest. The foundation was established in 1983 by a group of passionate sailors, maritime historians, and educators with the vision of preserving the schooner Martha, a vessel built in 1889 in Newcastle, Washington. The foundation is dedicated to the preservation of the Martha and to the promotion of educational programs related to the maritime history and culture of the region.

The schooner Martha was built in 1889 to be used as a commercial trading vessel and was later used in the oyster and salmon fisheries of Puget Sound. The Martha was acquired by the Schooner Martha Foundation in 2000 and the vessel has since been restored to its original condition. The foundation also operates a variety of educational programs, including school and youth group programs, summer camps, and educational cruises.
