The Lake Stevens Historical Society (LSHS) is a non-profit organization located in Lake Stevens, Washington, dedicated to preserving and protecting the history of the area. The Society was founded in 1969 and was incorporated in 1977. The mission of the LSHS is to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of the Lake Stevens area.

The Society's collection includes documents, photographs, artifacts and memorabilia from the past, which are displayed in a museum located in the Historic Lake Stevens Depot. The museum is open to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free.

The LSHS also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including lectures, presentations, and special programs. They also sponsor the Lake Stevens Arts Festival and the annual Lake Stevens Salmon Festival.

The LSHS is actively involved in the education of the community; they provide school field trips to the museum and participate in the local school district's internship program. The Society also works closely with the City of Lake Stevens and other local organizations to preserve and protect the history of the area.

The LSHS is supported by memberships, volunteers, donations, and grants. The LSHS is a 501(c)(3) organization and all donations are tax deductible.
