The Spokane County Military Historical Society Inc. (SCMHS) is a non-profit organization located in Medical Lake, Washington, dedicated to preserving the military history of Spokane County and the surrounding area. Founded in 1991 by a group of veteran’s organizations and individuals, SCMHS works to honor and recognize the service and sacrifice of those who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
