Spencer Penn School Preservation Organization is a non-profit organization located in Spencer, Virginia. The organization was established in 2002 with the goal of preserving the historic Spencer Penn School, which was built in 1927 as a school for African American students during the era of segregation.

The Spencer Penn School was an important community hub for African American families in the area, serving not only as a school but also as a social gathering place and a venue for events. After the school closed in the 1960s, it fell into disrepair and was at risk of being demolished.

The Spencer Penn School Preservation Organization stepped in to save the building, and over the years has worked tirelessly to restore and maintain it. Today, the building serves as a community center and event space, hosting a variety of programs and activities for people of all ages.
