The Historic Railroad Square Association (HRSA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, restoring, and promoting the cultural and historical significance of the Railroad Square Historic District in Santa Rosa, California. The Historic District is located between downtown Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa Creek and is home to a variety of architectural styles, including Victorian, Craftsman, Mission Revival, and Spanish Colonial Revival. The HRSA works to preserve the area’s unique character and charm by promoting events, activities, and programs that highlight the history and culture of the area.

The HRSA was founded in 1989 and is led by a Board of Directors made up of local residents, business owners, and historians. The Board works to promote the preservation and development of the Historic District while also encouraging community involvement and beautification. The group is involved in a wide range of activities and projects, including educational programs, lectures, walking tours, and historic preservation efforts. Additionally, the HRSA has provided funding for the restoration of several historic buildings within the District, including the historic Sonoma County Courthouse and the former Santa Rosa Post Office.
