The Weston Historical Society is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Weston, Vermont. Founded in 1963, the society operates out of the Farrar-Mansur House, a historic home dating back to the early 1800s.

The society maintains a museum and research center that houses a collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to Weston's past. Visitors can explore exhibits that cover topics such as the town's early settlers, agriculture, and industry. The museum also features a room dedicated to the famous Vermont author, Jules Verne.

Rode down a very steep hill (6-8% grade over 5 miles), said farewell to my new friend Dave near Manchester, and stopped at the train crossing.
Made it over the big hills (which kicked my ass) to Bromley VT!
Arrived in Jamaica VT at the end of day 2, about 67 miles and 4000 feet of elevation. Picked up dinner from store/deli near the house of my Warmshowers host.
