Flood Waters I took this during a devastating flood in my town when over 8 inches of rain fell in a short period of time. I never really shared any of the photos, just a few. This is a well known field where many events happen and it was completely flooded. United Methodist Church I stopped to get gas and this wonderful example of a town church was across the street. I used some new photoshop magic and removed the cars.

undercroft The undercroft (area below the main part of the church). It was flooded completely to the ceiling, but, unlike the parish hall basement, there was nothing down here but heat & electric, which the City wants moved up. If anything, it looks better than it did before.
chancel This is the chancel area, which was above the flooding, and so is now storage. For example, the pulpit base is on the left and the organ bench on the right.
