Old Constitution House State Historic Site is located in the town of Plymouth, Vermont. The site is a historic building that dates back to the late 18th century and was used as the meeting place for the drafting of Vermont's first constitution in 1777. The constitution was written by a group of delegates who met in the building and was the first in the United States to abolish slavery and grant universal suffrage to all white males.

The building itself is a simple, two-story structure with a gabled roof and clapboard siding.
