My mom traced them on plywood and my dad cut them out. Then my mom painted them and added glitter. My dad worked at a carpet store. The candle stick is made from the cardboard spool inside a roll of carpet. My mom cut the reindeer on the front door out of Styrofoam. As you can tell by the picture, generally we didn't have a white Christmas.
