Old Aquilla Creek Truss Bridge (McLennan County, Texas) Historic Pratt through truss bridge over Aquilla Creek in Gholson, Texas. McLennan County contracted with the King Iron Bridge & Manufacturing Company to construct this bridge in 1887, but it was constructed by the Missouri Valley Bridge & Iron Works in 1892. The old truss bridge was bypassed by a new vehicular bridge in 1998.
