The Taylor Conservation and Historical Society, located in Taylor, Texas, is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history and cultural heritage of the area. Founded in 1967, the Society's mission is to identify, collect, preserve and promote the history and culture of the residents of Taylor and Williamson County. The Society works to preserve the history of local families, businesses, schools, churches, organizations and other aspects of the local community.

The Society has a museum located in downtown Taylor, which houses a collection of artifacts, photographs and documents from the area. The museum also houses a research library which includes publications, books, maps and other documents pertaining to local history. Finally, the Society provides educational materials and resources in its research library, as well as a newsletter which provides updates on the Society's activities and events.
