Daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) is a non-profit organization located in Granbury, Texas. Founded in 1891, the DRT is dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of Texas and its early settlers. The organization works tirelessly to promote education, patriotism, and historic preservation throughout the state of Texas.

The DRT operates several historic sites, including the Texas History Museum in Austin, the Alamo in San Antonio, and the Republic of Texas Museum in Houston. The organization also owns and operates several historic properties, including the Granbury Opera House in Granbury, Texas.

The DRT is made up of over 7,000 members, all of whom are direct descendants of early Texas settlers. Members of the DRT work to promote historic preservation and education by presenting educational programs, hosting historical events, and maintaining historical sites and artifacts.

State Hwy 89 Brazos River Bridge (Parker County, Texas) Historic State Hwy 89 bridge over the Brazos River in Parker County, Texas. The bridge contains three 165-foot Parker through truss spans. It was built by Buckner Brothers of Cleburne. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996 (NRHP No. 96001115).
