The Leonard Preservation League Foundation (LPLF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Leonard, Texas. Established in 2015, the Foundation works to promote and maintain the unique characteristics of Leonard, a small town located in Fannin County, Texas. The Foundation seeks to maintain the historical buildings and structures in the town, and to promote the culture and heritage of the area.

The LPLF works closely with the Leonard Historical Society to support its efforts to preserve the town’s historical and cultural heritage. The Foundation also works to provide educational programming related to Leonard’s rich history and culture, and to raise awareness of the need for historic preservation in the area.

The Foundation organizes a variety of activities and events throughout the year. These include historic tours, lectures, and workshops, as well as fundraising events to support the preservation of Leonard’s buildings and sites. The Foundation also works to bring together individuals and organizations with an interest in preserving Leonard’s history and culture.

Through its efforts, the LPLF works to ensure that the history and culture of Leonard are preserved, and that the town’s citizens can continue to enjoy its unique character and charm. The Foundation’s work helps to ensure that Leonard’s rich history and culture remain alive.
