Crews Dispatched to Victoria, TX to assist with Harvey Recovery In August 2017, TPW responded to a request for assistance with Hurricane Harvey recovery from the City of Victoria, Texas, by dispatching a group of signal and sign technicians carrying supplies.

During the eight days Austin crews spent in Victoria they installed more than 120 stop signs and helped restore full operations to more than 90 percent of Victoria’s traffic signals.
