The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is a nonprofit organization based in Houston, Texas that is dedicated to preserving and honoring the history of American military aviation. Founded in 1957, the CAF operates a fleet of over 170 vintage military aircraft and has a membership of more than 12,000 individuals.

The CAF's aircraft collection includes iconic planes such as the B-17 Flying Fortress, B-25 Mitchell, P-51 Mustang, and T-6 Texan, among others. These planes are meticulously restored and maintained by the organization's dedicated volunteers, who work tirelessly to ensure that they remain in flying condition and are available for public display and education.
