Taylor Observatory/Norton Planetarium is a public observatory and planetarium located in Kelseyville, California. It was established in 2001 by the Lake County Astronomical Society and is named after Kenneth Taylor, a former president of the society. The observatory features a 12-inch Meade LX200 Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope and a 90mm Coronado H-alpha solar telescope, which are used for stargazing and solar observation.

The planetarium is equipped with a Spitz SciDome digital projector system, which displays a variety of educational and entertaining shows about astronomy and space. The dome can seat up to 60 people and has a 180-degree view of the sky, making it an immersive experience for visitors.

In addition to regular public programs, the observatory offers educational outreach programs for schools and community groups. They also host special events throughout the year, such as meteor shower viewings and astronomy lectures.
