Fannin County Courthouse (Bonham, Texas) Historic Fannin County Courthouse in Bonham, Texas.  The courthouse was originally constructed 1888-89.   Fire damaged the building in 1929 and the clock tower was removed.  In 1966, the exterior was covered with flat stone panels.  A Texas Historic Courthouse Preservation Program project assisted the County in restoring the courthouse to its original French Second Empire style appearance, including constructing a new replica clock tower.   The project began in 2018 and the courthouse was rededicated in 2022.
