I was punching in the numbers at the ATM machine I was punching in the numbers at the ATM machine
I could see in the reflection
A face staring back at me
At the moment of surrender
Of vision over visibility
I did not notice the passers-by
And they did not notice me

The Stone Fort Museum is located on the campus of Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. The museum is housed in a two-story stone building that was originally built in 1936 as a replica of an early Texas fort. The building was used as a classroom for many years before being repurposed as a museum in the 1970s.

The museum's exhibits focus on the history of East Texas from prehistoric times to the present day. Visitors can explore displays on Native American culture, early European settlement, and the region's role in the Civil War. The museum also has a collection of artifacts related to the timber industry, which was a major part of the local economy in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

One of the highlights of the Stone Fort Museum is the "Nacogdoches Treasures" exhibit, which features a variety of rare and unusual items from the museum's collection. Visitors can see everything from a 19th-century wedding dress to a set of antique firearms to a collection of arrowheads and other Native American artifacts.

In addition to its exhibits, the Stone Fort Museum also hosts a variety of educational programs and events throughout the year, including lectures, workshops, and guided tours. The museum is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, and admission is free.
