The Tennessee Baptist Historical Society was formed in 1978 by a group of volunteers and is located in Brentwood, Tennessee. The organization's mission is to preserve and promote the history of the Baptist Church in the state of Tennessee. The Society seeks to provide an opportunity for researchers to explore the state's Baptist heritage through its library, archives, records, and other resources.
