Confederate Memorial Hall in Knoxville, TN is a memorial to the Civil War Confederate soldiers who fought for the South. The building was originally constructed in 1887 as the first Confederate memorial ever erected in the state of Tennessee. It was restored in 2017 and serves as a museum, honoring the memory of the Confederacy and its history. The memorial is located on the grounds of the University of Tennessee and is part of the National Register of Historic Places.
