Fall River Mill Association is a historic textile mill located in Leoma, Tennessee. The mill was established in 1899 and operated until 2007 when it was shut down due to economic reasons. The mill was once the largest employer in the area and played a significant role in the growth of the community.

The main building, which is five stories tall, housed the spinning and weaving operations. The mill was powered by a hydroelectric dam that was built on the nearby Fall River.
