Land Dancers in La Honda, California is a unique outdoor art installation created by artist Bruce Munro. The installation consists of five steel structures that resemble dancers and is located in the hills of La Honda, California. Each structure is made up of a large steel frame that is covered with a white nylon fabric and illuminated by custom made LED lights. The lights change color and intensity depending on the time of day and season, creating a stunning display of color and light in the night sky.
The installation was completed in 2018 and has become a popular attraction for locals and tourists alike. Visitors can enjoy the display from a distance or take a closer look by walking or biking through the trails nearby. The lights are powered by a generator and solar panels, so visitors can enjoy the display at any time of day or night.
