The Philadelphia Association of Black Sports & Culture (PABC) is a non-profit organization that works to provide youth and adults with access to sports, health and wellness programming, and educational and cultural opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia Region. Founded in Lower Gwynedd, Pennsylvania, in 2006, the PABC is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for people of color to reach their full potential as athletes, cultural participants, and productive citizens.

The PABC offers a variety of programs and services to support its mission. These include after-school and summer sports camps, community health and wellness programs, educational opportunities, and cultural arts programs. The PABC also works to create partnerships with local schools, organizations, and other community groups to provide resources and support to those in need.

The PABC also works to increase participation in sports and cultural activities by engaging with the community through events and activities. Through these events, the organization works to provide a platform for athletes, performers, and artists of color to showcase their talent and skills. Additionally, the organization works to provide mentorship to youth from underserved communities in order to help them achieve their goals.

By providing a safe and supportive environment for youth and adults of color, the PABC strives to create a culture of inclusion, respect, and understanding within the Greater Philadelphia Region. Through its programs and services, the PABC works to promote sportsmanship, build character, and instill a sense of pride in the community.
