The Stoneboro Community and Historical Society Inc. is a non-profit organization located in Stoneboro, Pennsylvania. The society is dedicated to preserving and promoting the history and culture of the Stoneboro area. The Society was founded in 1951 and has been actively involved in the preservation of the area’s historic buildings, sites and artifacts since then.

The Society offers various programs, events and activities throughout the year. These include lectures, tours, demonstrations, workshops and more. The Society also offers educational opportunities and provides research assistance to those interested in learning about the area’s history. The Society’s museum offers visitors an opportunity to see artifacts from the area’s past including tools, photographs and other items from the local area.

The Society also maintains a library of local history books and documents that are available for research. The Society is also involved in the preservation of local cemeteries and has been involved in the restoration of several of them. The Society also hosts an annual meeting and dinner in the spring and an annual picnic in the summer.

The Society is an important part of the Stoneboro community and its efforts to preserve and promote the history and culture of the area. The Society works closely with local organizations and businesses to ensure that they are aware of the importance of preserving the area’s history and culture.
