The Cresen-Shousetown Area Historical Association (CSAHA) is a nonprofit organization located in Crescent, Pennsylvania. The Association was founded in 1996 to preserve and promote the history of the Cresen-Shousetown area of Western Pennsylvania. CSAHA is dedicated to educating the public about the area's unique history, preserving and protecting its cultural resources, and promoting the area's cultural heritage.
CSAHA has established several programs to fulfill its mission. These include a museum, which showcases the area's history through exhibits; an archives center which houses documents and artifacts related to the area's past; and a research library which provides access to a variety of resources on the history of the region. The Association also organizes educational programs, such as lectures and workshops, to promote the area's history.
Furthermore, CSAHA works closely with local government to ensure the preservation of historical sites in the area. The Association also participates in events such as the annual Heritage Days celebration, which celebrates the region's history and culture.
