Historic Upland is a borough located in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The borough was founded in 1663 by Quaker settlers and has a rich history of being an important part of the Underground Railroad, a network of secret routes and safe houses used by enslaved African-Americans to escape to free states and Canada.
