Cornwall Iron Furnace is a historic iron furnace located in Cornwall, Pennsylvania, USA. It was built in 1742 and is considered to be the oldest surviving iron furnace in the United States. The furnace was used to smelt iron ore into pig iron, which was then used to produce a variety of iron products, including cannonballs, stoves, and kettles.
