The Punxsutawney Area Historical Society, located in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, was established in 1964 to promote, preserve and protect the history of the city and surrounding area. The Society maintains a museum, library, and archive that house artifacts, photographs, and documents that tell the story of the area.
