Perris / Perris Theater (# 0018) Opened in 1946, designed in an art-deco style but apparently modified at various times.  It’s now owned by the city for its historical value to downtown, but closed due to structural problems.

The Moreno Valley Historical Society (MVHS) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the history and culture of Moreno Valley, California. The society was established in 1983 and is a member of the California Association of Museums. MVHS is located in the former Moreno Valley High School building, which was built in 1936.

MVHS maintains a collection of photographs, documents, and artifacts related to the history of Moreno Valley.
