The Yoncalla Historical Society is a non-profit organization located in the small town of Yoncalla, Oregon. The society was established in 1971 with the goal of preserving and promoting the history of the Yoncalla area.

After traffic was moved onto a single lane (right) of the new bridge at the end of February, contractors for the Oregon Department of Transportation spent the next three weeks building a second lane approaching each end of the bridge. Starting on Monday, March 25, prime contractor Farline Bridge Inc. will begin a two-week effort to pave the approaches, weather permitting. This will eventually require a one-day closure of Green Valley Road (left) at the Old Hwy 99 intersection.
