The McLoughlin Memorial Association (MMA) is a non-profit organization located in Oregon City, Oregon. The primary purpose of the organization is to preserve and promote the legacy of Dr. John McLoughlin, the "Father of Oregon," and to honor his contributions to the development and history of Oregon. The MMA was founded in 1891 and is the oldest non-profit in Oregon City, Oregon.

Dr. McLoughlin was a physician, businessman, and advocate for the Oregon Territory. He was a principal founder of Oregon City, and was the Chief Factor of the Hudson's Bay Company in the Oregon Territory.
The McLoughlin Memorial Association operates a museum located in the historic McLoughlin House in Oregon City. The museum, which opened in 1910, is a National Historic Site and showcases the life and times of Dr. McLoughlin. The museum also serves as a research center for the history of the Oregon Territory.
