Scroggins Mill Rural Heritage is a historical landmark located in Lebanon, Oregon. The site of the mill was first settled in 1854 by William Scroggins and his son, John. The Scroggins family built a grist mill and sawmill on the site, and the mills provided the community with flour and lumber for many years. The mills were eventually replaced with a hydroelectric plant in 1913 and operated until the 1950s.
