Celebrate Bend Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Bend, Oregon, dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in the region. The foundation was established in 2009 as a 501(c)(3) organization to provide a platform for charitable giving and to serve as a catalyst for positive change in the community.
The mission of Celebrate Bend Foundation is to build a stronger community in Bend through uplifting programs, events and projects. To achieve this, the Foundation supports projects that promote physical and mental wellness, education and the arts, and the environment. They also work to strengthen the local economy by providing funding and support for projects that create jobs and generate economic growth.
The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and is funded by individual donations, corporate sponsorships, grants, and other sources. Celebrate Bend Foundation works with local businesses, organizations, schools, and other groups to make sure that everyone in the community is informed of the good work they are doing.
In addition to providing grants and support for community initiatives, Celebrate Bend Foundation also hosts several annual events including the Bend Ale Festival, the Bend Brewfest, and the Bend Film Festival. These events bring people together to celebrate the city, its culture and its community.
