The Santa Fe Depot Museum is a historic train station located in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The depot was built in 1903 and was used as a passenger and freight station for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway until 1970. In 1984, the museum was established to preserve the history of the railroad in Oklahoma and the role it played in the development of the state.

The museum features exhibits that showcase the history of the Santa Fe Railway and its impact on Shawnee and the surrounding area. Visitors can explore the restored passenger waiting room, ticket office, and baggage room, which have been furnished with period pieces and artifacts.
