The Hellenic Preservation Society of Northeastern Ohio in Cleveland Heights, Ohio (HPSNO) is a non-profit organization formed in 2009 with a mission to preserve, protect and promote Hellenic culture, history and tradition in the Cleveland area. HPSNO’s activities include educational programs, lectures and museum trips for adults and children, as well as cultural events such as Greek dance performances, art exhibitions and traditional Greek music concerts.

The organization also works closely with local public schools to develop and implement Greek language, history and geography curriculum, and it sponsors and organizes events such as the Greek Independence Day Parade and the Greek Film Festival. Additionally, HPSNO is involved in charitable activities such as the collection of donations for the annual Greek Christmas Basket program, which distributes food to the needy.

HPSNO is guided by a board of directors and a team of volunteers. The organization hosts an annual dinner dance as a fundraiser, and it holds various events throughout the year, including the annual Greek Independence Day Parade, which takes place in downtown Cleveland. HPSNO is also involved in the local Greek Orthodox community, partnering with local churches and helping to fund community programs.
