The Eleutheros Cooke House is a historic building located in Sandusky, Ohio. It was constructed in 1844 in the Greek Revival style and was originally owned by Eleutheros Cooke, a prominent Sandusky businessman and politician.

The house features a symmetrical facade with four columns supporting a pedimented roof. Inside, the house boasts high ceilings, elaborate moldings, and six fireplaces. The first floor includes a parlor, dining room, and sitting room, while the second floor includes four bedrooms and a sitting room.

Over the years, the Cooke House has been used for a variety of purposes, including as a private residence, a boarding house, and a bed and breakfast. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

Today, the Cooke House is owned by the Sandusky Library, which uses it as a local history and genealogy research center. The house also serves as a venue for community events and is available for private rentals. Visitors can take guided tours of the Cooke House to learn about its rich history and unique architecture.
