The house is a contributing structure in the Rossville Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

D Street, Rossville, Hamilton, OH Built in 1929, this Tudor Revival-style house features a double-gable roof, a rough-hewn brick base, casement windows, stucco cladding and half-timbering on the gable ends, a side porch with brick and heavy timber piers, and a one-story bay window on the front facade. The house is a contributing structure in the Rossville Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

D Street and Millikin Street, Rossville, Hamilton, OH Built circa 1900, this Dutch Colonial Revival-style house features a side-gambrel roof, a wooden clapboard-clad exterior, a semi-circular dormer on the front of the house, twelve-over-one double-hung windows, a side one-story wing with a shed roof, and a front porch with wooden clapboard-clad piers, and a rough-hewn stone base. The house is a contributing structure in the Rossville Historic District, listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.
