The Randolph Township Historical Society Inc., located in Englewood, Ohio, was founded in 1979 for the purpose of preserving, protecting and promoting the history of the Township of Randolph. This non-profit organization, which is incorporated in the state of Ohio and is funded entirely by donations, works to maintain and preserve the Township's historic buildings, photographs, documents and artifacts. In addition to preserving local history, the Society also works to educate the public about the Township's history through various programs and activities.

The Society's main focus is to promote the preservation of historically significant buildings in the Township of Randolph. These buildings, which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, include the Englewood Train Station, the Alexander-Ricker House, the Englewood Schoolhouse, the Randolph Township Courthouse, the Englewood Post Office, the Englewood Cemetery, and the Englewood Cemetery Chapel. The Society also works to preserve documents and artifacts of historical significance. These documents and artifacts include photographs, land records, maps, newspaper articles, and family histories.

The Society also hosts a variety of educational programs and activities throughout the year. These events include lectures, walking tours, school programs, and workshops. Additionally, the Society offers research services, which allow members to research the history of the Township of Randolph.
