OHIO VIETNAM VETERANS MEMORIAL PARK

Ohio Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park is a commemorative park located in Clinton, Ohio, in the United States. It was built to honor the military personnel from Ohio who served in the Vietnam War. The park spans over 25 acres and features a variety of memorials and sculptures dedicated to the veterans who served during the war.

At the heart of the park is the main memorial, which consists of a 125-foot-long black granite wall etched with the names of the 3,095 Ohioans who lost their lives during the war. The wall also features a bronze sculpture of three soldiers and a flagpole flying the American and POW/MIA flags.

The park also contains a separate memorial dedicated to the nurses who served during the Vietnam War, as well as a replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Visitors can also find a Huey helicopter, a symbol of the Vietnam War, on display.

The park is open year-round and offers educational programs and events for visitors. It was built through donations and volunteer efforts and serves as a place of remembrance and gratitude for those who served and sacrificed during the Vietnam War.
