Never Forget Our Fallen in Roseville CA is a memorial park dedicated to honoring the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces who lost their lives in service to their country. Located in the heart of Roseville, the memorial park was established in 2008 and is maintained by the City of Roseville in partnership with the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The park features the Never Forget Our Fallen Memorial Wall, a large granite wall that displays the names of all California service members who died in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other conflicts. The wall also contains an eternal flame and a large bronze sculpture of a soldier kneeling in prayer.

The park also includes a memorial garden with a pond, several stone benches, and a flag pole. The park serves as a place of reflection, honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to protect the freedoms that Americans enjoy. On special occasions, such as Memorial Day and Veterans Day, the memorial park hosts special events and ceremonies to remember those who have sacrificed their lives for our country. The park is open to the public daily and is a reminder of the courage and sacrifice of our fallen heroes.

Assam, 4 June 2016 Naomi and I sold our house in Shingle Springs and I had to leave before the end of May of 2016 (Naomi was already in Japan at the time). We had already brought six cats to Japan (and they were at our house in Yubari) but Assam remained in California we me. I had to board her (at one of our vets' clinic) for a few weeks. I visited her most days and sat down with her on the floor so she could wander around and get some exercise. I also brought her snacks (and snacks for the other boarded cats) and some toys.

Nobuo April 2016 Nobuo on the bed with less competition - Norio, Tigger, and Yuba were with Naomi in Japan at the time. Nobuo enjoyed the relative lack of cats in the house.
