The Historic Bath Foundation Inc is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the historic town of Bath, North Carolina. Bath is known as the first town established in North Carolina, and was once a thriving port and political center.
The foundation was founded in 1964 by a group of concerned citizens who wanted to protect the town's rich history and cultural heritage. Through their efforts, the foundation has been able to acquire and restore several historic properties, including the Palmer-Marsh House and the Bonner House.
