The New Bern Masonic Theatre Historic Preservation Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and restoration of the historic Masonic Theatre in New Bern, North Carolina. The theatre was built in 1848 and is the oldest operating theatre in the state. The building was originally used as a meeting hall for Masonic lodges and later became a venue for theatre, vaudeville, and silent films.
