Mukden Pow Remembrance Society Inc is a non-profit organization located in Iron Station, NC. The organization was established with the aim of preserving the memory of American prisoners of war (POWs) who were held captive by the Japanese during World War II. The society is named after the city of Mukden, which is now known as Shenyang, in China. The city was the site of one of the largest POW camps operated by the Japanese during the war.
