The Piermont Historical Society is a non-profit organization based in Piermont, New York. It was founded in 1969 to preserve and promote the rich history of Piermont and its surrounding areas. The society is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing historical artifacts, documents, and photographs that tell the story of this charming village on the Hudson River.

The society maintains a museum, located in the historic 1873 Erie Railroad Station, which houses a collection of artifacts, photographs, and documents related to the history of Piermont. The museum is open to the public on Sundays from 1 pm to 4 pm, and by appointment.

The Piermont Historical Society also hosts a variety of educational programs and events throughout the year, including lectures, walking tours, and cultural celebrations. These events provide opportunities for the community to learn about the rich history of Piermont and its role in shaping the Hudson River Valley.

Membership in the Piermont Historical Society is open to anyone interested in preserving and promoting the history of Piermont and its surrounding areas.
