The Jamesport Meeting House Preservation Trust Inc is a non-profit organization based in Jamesport, New York. Founded in 1997, their mission is dedicated to preserving and protecting the historic Jamesport Meeting House, an historic landmark that dates back to the late 1700s. The Trust is supported by a dedicated group of volunteers and trustees, who are committed to maintaining the building for future generations.

The Jamesport Meeting House is a two-story clapboard structure that was constructed around 1796. The Meeting House was originally a place of worship for Quakers and later used as a schoolhouse. It is one of the oldest surviving structures in Jamesport, and is considered a significant example of architecture from the period. The building has undergone several renovations over the years, and is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Trust is responsible for the preservation and maintenance of the building and surrounding grounds, including restoration projects and educational programs. The Trust also organizes events to raise funds and awareness of the importance of preserving the Meeting House. These events include a summer concert series and a holiday market.

Defiance Coal No. 1 A 0-4-0T built by the H.K. Porter Locomotive works in 1921 for the Defiance Coal Company in Mentmore, New Mexico. It now resides at the Railroad Museum of Long Island in Riverhead, New York.
1964 New York World's Fair miniature train This miniature 16 inch gauge train was built by the Alan Herschel Company and delivered to the LIRR exhibit at the New York World’s Fair in March 1964. After being part of the LIRR exhibit at the 1964-65 World’s Fair, the train went to the Grumman Aerospace Corp. Calverton, NY site where it was a featured attraction at the annual Grumman Family Picnic. Upon closing of the Calverton site the train was given to the Village of Patchogue, NY which, in turn, donated it to the Railroad Museum of Long Island in Riverhead, New York were it operates.

Currently its boiler and firebox are residing at the Strasburg Railroad awaiting a possible restoration to operating condition one day while the rest of the engine resides at the Riverhead Railroad Museum of Long Island.
