The Wawarsing Historical Society & Knife Museum is located in the village of Napanoch in Ulster County, New York. Founded in 1976, the museum is dedicated to preserving the history and heritage of the area, with a special emphasis on the local knife-making industry.

The museum features a collection of more than 500 knives, including folding knives, hunting knives, and machetes. Many of these knives were produced by local manufacturers such as Ulster Knife Company, Imperial Knife Company, and Utica Cutlery Company.

In addition to the knife collection, the museum also houses exhibits on the history of the area, including displays on early settlers, local industries, and notable residents. There is a research library on site that contains books, manuscripts, and photographs relevant to the region's history.

The Wawarsing Historical Society & Knife Museum is open to the public on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm, and by appointment for group tours. Admission is free, though donations are accepted.
