The Historical Society of Early American Decoration, Inc. (HSEAD) is a non-profit organization located in Cooperstown, New York. Founded in 1987, HSEAD is dedicated to the preservation and appreciation of early American decorative arts. The organization is a member of the American Society of Furniture Historians and is affiliated with the Fenimore Art Museum in Cooperstown.
